Essential Oils and EMF Protection

October 11, 2017 2 Comments

I was recently asked if there is an essential oil that helps with EMF (electromagnetic field) protection. Antioxidants have been scientifically shown to be very beneficial with EMF protection. All 100% pure essential oils possess antioxidant properties, in addition to many other health supporting properties such as anti-inflammatory, antiviral, immune boosting, nervine, etc. They each have varying Hertz frequencies, which generate energetic protection by increasing the body’s Hz to combat the incoming stimuli. When you look at the effects that EMF’s have on immune system suppression, blood cell functions and health and cellular communication, you can see that essential oils can help nourish and support the body and mind during these times of environmental stress. They also serve as an adaptogen of sorts. Hence, they can have direct and indirection benefits with EMF protection. Rose is known to have the highest Hz at 320 and lavender runs about 115-120Hz. In layman’s terms, essential oils can raise the body’s energy (vibration) so it can function as best as it can to keep immunity strong.

So why is this topic important? There are studies showing the impact EMF exposure has on our immune system, cognitive disruption and hormone regulation. EMF exposure is a physical field produced by electrically charged objects (source). It can come from being around fluorescent lights, cell phones, wireless devices, power lines, microwaves and other appliances. A September 2017 hypothesis study states that EMF exposure increases oxidation (I call this aging or rusting) in the body, reducing immunity and opening the door for pathological production of germs to inhabit our body (source). Coincidently, essential oils are known to boost the immune system and support body processes, so if it were me, and I was being exposed to EMF’s, I’d be diffusing my essential oils (via a necklace, bracelet, body mist and lotion). High frequency EMF’s (microwave) exposure showed a disturbance of red blood cells and membranes (source).

I learned about EMF’s and diodes in 2002 when I was on a quest to improve my health as I battled IBS and Crohn’s. I use diodes on my computer, cell phone and other devices from Ener-G Polari-T. Their diodes help shield EMF exposure and work with the body’s natural electrical system. I’ve always heard (from my scientist friends) that essential oils are natural diodes in and of themselves. I always surround myself with aromatherapy and my immune system is definitely stronger than when I never used them.

Your article specifically stated rose and lavender, but another site specifically states rosemary! Do they all work then or what is the deal here?
