There is a power of combining scents and affirmations to improve mental health, focus, concentration, emotional balance, mood, and mindset.
When you say affirmations, it keeps you from negative thoughts and emotions and mental chatter. Have a set of 5 to 10 affirmations that you can repeat to yourself to shift from a negative mindset to a positive one. This is how you shift your energy when you’re going in the wrong direction.
