Here is a plan to help you turn your dreams into a reality even if you are unsure of yourself and the direction this takes you.

  • DREAM! Make a dream board, write it out, journal about it, cut & paste pictures onto a board for a visual…whatever it takes. See it, think it, and feel it.

Anything and everything IS possible when you match belief in yourself with action.

Combine them in a diffuser, spray, or nasal atomizer, or smell them individually.

Take Flight & Soar Aromatic Spray, 2-ounce

  • .25 vegetable glycerin (emulsifier for the essential oils)
  • 1.75 ounces rosemary hydrosol, Rosmarinus officinalis
  • 5 drops sweet orange, Citrus sinensis
  • 3 drops spearmint, Mentha spicata
  • 3 drops lemongrass, Cymbopogon flexuosus
  • 3 drops eucalyptus, Eucalyptus globulus
  • 2 drops black pepper, Piper nigrum
  • 2 drops sweet basil, Ocimum basilicum

In a 2-ounce glass or BPA free bottle, add in the vegetable glycerin, followed by the essential oils. Swirl around gently, not allowing the contents to splash out. this will help the essential oils emulsify and marry into the glycerin. Add in the rosemary hydrosol and securely fasten the spray top. Shake well. Label it. Use it several times a day to get motivated, promote positive thinking, fuel courage and boost confidence.
