Gastrointestinal health is more important than most people realize, or commit time to nourishing. It is the center of nutrient absorption and assists in proper elimination of toxins. When this process doesn’t function optimally, disharmony in health can affect our quality of life – physically, mentally and emotionally. Aromatherapy has been proven to be an effective tool for discomfort, pain, IBS, Crohn’s, colitis, bowel discomfort, microbiome balance, mood, depression and overall fatigue. Join Clinical Phyto-aromatherapist and founder of the JennScents Aromaversity, Jennifer Pressimone, to learn about various essential oils and botanicals, recipes and blending tips that can support gastrointestinal health. Bring a friend and enjoy this workshop together. Take a walk in the botanical gardens after class (included in registration). 2 CEU’s available for LMT, CNA’s and Licensed Dietitians. Class note: Please do NOT wear any synthetic perfumes or scents to class.
