Become aware and minimize personal attack invasion
How do you protect yourself when you feel attacked? It certainly is not a good feeling when you allow someone to invade your personal and mental space. You give them power when you do this. You open yourself up to receive their personal attack and negativity.
Keep in mind, everyone is at a different place in their healing process in life. Some have not learned the skill to work through their grief, anger, fear and bitterness. Others are in the midst of healing and may experience emotional diarrhea (emotions all over the place). And others have learned how to use their life lessons in a constructive way to help others.
Think about where you are in your life’s journey. It is not a competition. You should not compare yourself to anyone. You are on your own personal life journey for you and God.
Internalizing Feelings When You Feel Personally Attacked
If someone has personally attacked you, think about why they did that. Is it because you remind them of what they are not? Are they jealous of you? Have you offended them in some way by your words or actions? Are they grieving? In a depression? Or have they not learned the skills yet to turn chaos and insecurities into functional and constructive actions?
If you feel attacked, take a few moments to breathe, assess and then respond authentically. Deep breathing can allow stuck and congested mental thoughts to move out so you can see the situation more clearly. Assess the facts, removing emotions so you can better respond. And make you a special custom blend.
Personal Attack Defender Essential Oils
How can you become aware and minimize personal attack invasion? Smell essential oils. Some essential oils have an affinity to offer defense and protection against negativity, pessimism and people parasites. They can help you boost your inner strength and tap into your personal power. You will become more confident, have better self-esteem and a love for yourself. Here are some of my favorites to diffuse or mix up in a room spray.
- Sandalwood: helps when there is a parasitic relationship
- Patchouli: helps you let go of unhealthy emotions so you can move forward
- Oregano: helps you work through emotions of feeling attacked
- Lemon: protects you from psychic attacks
- Elemi: protects against negativity, unhealthy relationships
My Defender Aromatic Mist
2 ounces Liquid Plant Enzymes
5 drops Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin)
3 drops Sandalwood (Santalum album)
2 drops Oregano (Origanum vulgare)
4 drops Elemi (Canarium luzonicum)
6 drops Lemon (Citrus limonum)
Mix ingredients in a bottle, shake well, label and use as needed to strengthen your aura field and protect you from negative energy and bad germ invaders.
