How to Use It

Use this box as a daily support:

1. Morning (6-10am): Apply the Daily Cognition Roll-On upon waking and/or with breakfast onto the wrists, temples, around the ears and chest area.

2. Early afternoon S.A.D. management (10a-12p): Apply the Energy Boost roll-on between 10a – 12p or with lunch to combat stress, anxiety, depression, and suspicion.

3. Mid-afternoon (12-5p): Apply the Mood Balance roll-on between 12p-5p to combat and calm sundowner’s.

4. Dinner (5-8pm): Use the Daily Cognition Roll-On as this will help digestion, and calm evening agitation and suspicion. Apply to wrists, temples, around the ears and stomach.

5. Bedtime (7-10pm): Apply the Calming Sleep roll-on to the wrists, temples, around the ears, chest and stomach.
