Peppermint Essential Oil

Peppermint Essential Oil, Mentha piperita. It is both warming and cooling as well as refreshing, uplifting and invigorating. Cools excess heat in the body (hot flashes, night sweats, headache, excessive sweating). Its properties are especially soothing to the skin and are balancing to oily skin and hair, when diluted in a carrier oil. Calms nausea, indigestion, gas and bloating.
