Education

There is a lot to know about using essential oils safely and effectively. When you match the right essential oil(s) up to your specific health needs, you can get great results. You want to use the right proportion and dilution ratio that gives results but also is mindful of conservation. You see, more isn’t always better in aromatherapy. Too much can cause skin irritation. It can also try to flush out buried or trapped emotions too fast. Finding the balance requires skill and understanding of the essential oils’ nature and personality.
